III. Working Responsibility

Major activities that are performed by the incumbent(s) of this position.

1. Launch new products base on company business plan
2. Be responsible for KAIZEN including layout, movement, Process, SOP, KANBAN.
3. Design machine & appliance layout.
4. Measure cycle time and Maintain standard cost.
5. Define and update the routing data in the MRP system.
6. Improve the productivity and manufacturing cost control.
7. Train the related technical knowledge and skill to other employees.
8. Continual to support production line for daily technical needs.

IV. Qualification:
|
List the qualification or Other special Qualifications required by the position.

Education :
-A recognized Bachelor Degree or above major in Mechanical Engineering or related.
Knowledge and skill:
-At least 8+ years related working experience in Multi- national company.
-Good knowledge with Engineering tools.
- Have lean project & project management experience is preferred.
-Good skills in design tool (AutoCAD, PROE) operations is preferred.
-Plus mechanical experience.

- Good communication and interpersonal skill.

Language:
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
