Responsibility:

1-DT BU BMS (business management system) design and maintainess;

2-Plan & execution of DT BU level key meetings, including communication with cross function, strategy workshop, and annual kick off meeting etc; Continually improve meeting efficiency and effectiveness;

3-Co-work with marketing and Dev team to design and opetimiza innovation process, lead strategy project management;

 

Requirement:

1、Prefer business management experience, deep understand how to manage a real business;

2、 Strong communication skills; Organize internal & external meeting experience;  Problem solving; Teaming and collaboration ability; Facilitating skills;承压能力;meeting management;

3、At least 2 years working experience.
