Brief Description This position will be responsible for some statutory compliance activities centralized in Shanghai. He/she will contribute to process improvement/alignment, back up provincial non-portable activities as well as perform oversighting roles for financial and controls compliance for relevant companies Key Accountabilities/Duties a). Be responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of all kinds of statutory reporting under his/her stewardship b). Proactively contribute to process improvement / alignment for activities that he/she is in charge of c). Be alert to all relevant statutory requirement changes and communicate to relevant parties within Controller’s d). Liaise with local government authorities, including Tax Bureau, Finance Bureau, Statistical Bureau, etc., for various reporting and compliance issues e). Keep close contact with relevant business functions and service functions to support various business initiatives from Controller’s perspective f). Back up other sites portable and non-portable activities g). other ad hoc activities as assigned by HK/PRC Financial Operations Manager |
Requirements of Candidate |
a). college graduate with Accounting Certificate b). At least three years relevant experience c). MNCs working experience is preferred d). Good sense of responsibility, team player, good communication skills e). reasonable proficiency in spoken and written English |
