Job description
The positions collaborate with IBM Japan ITS to serve the clients in Japan, key responsibilities include:
1. Design and implement Windows systems remotely to meet system design specifications of IBM Japan ITS team.
2. Install and configure database and middleware systems to meet the design specifications of IBM Japan ITS team if necessary.
3. Identify and resolve issues and problems during system installation, configuration and software product installation
4. Test implemented Windows systems, database and middleware systems to ensure the system has been built accurately according to design specifications.
5. Support the service environment and other related jobs. |

- Bachelor's Degree
- English: Intermediate
- Japanese: Fluent
|
Additional information
Requirements:
Good command of Japanese;
Knowledge in Microsoft Windows Server 2003/2008 is preferred;
Problem solve/troubleshooting/lateral & analytical thinking;
Fast learner;
Good communication skill.
