Detailed responsibilities include:

Act as an additional communication and feedback channel between staffs and their line managers
Proactively monitor and assisting managers to manage staff performance issues
Provide career planning and development consultancy to staff
Help managers to build up the team with healthy working atmosphere that confirms with Thomson Reuters culture
Plan and implement specific programs for various resource development focuses, including career development workshop, First Line manager community, high potential employee development, etc.
Cooperate with HR recruiting team to ensure strategic recruitment takes place, recruit proper talent for business department on time
Liaise with training department, business department and individual to develop training plans for staff in your supporting group
Maintain defined level of staff utilization and participate in staff relocation, flow and transferring

Qualifications
Rich people management and human resource development related experiences in software development or IT company
HR generalist and/or specialist HR typed experience preferred; experience in training, software development, corporate communication, or business partner also a plus.
Excellent communication and people skills; good at coaching, consulting, facilitation, and presentation.
Patient and considerate when dealing with staffing issues
Strong ability on resolving conflict
Experienced in matrix organization structure and working through influential power
Good at building relationships and forming partnership with people from different background and globally distributed
Creative and flexible in terms of working methods; possess rich knowledge and tools to support different resource development needs.
Working in IT industry, especially big multinational corporation or similar background preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Fluent oral communication in Mandarin required
Bachelor degree or above required
