1.Develop marketing strategy for different territories and monitor the execution 为不同区域开发市场战略和监督执行
2.Provide marketing supports to sales team, like marketing materials ,poster, banners, leaflets etc 为销售团队提供市场支持，如市场方面材料，海报，标语， 传单等
3.Manage the marketing activities like farmers day, demo plot, field day, market survey etc.管理市场活动，如农户日，实验点，田间日，市场调查等
4.Set up data base for product performance in different crops and areas 建立 不同作物和区域产品绩效的数据库
5.Monitor the development of local agriculture market and government policy and farmer’s practices. 监督开发本地化农业市场，关注政府政策和农户 实践
6.Key an eye on industrial development, like new product and technology Key qualifications ：
1.communication in English 能用英文沟通
