Job Summary: Provide voice networking designs, services and support for customer's enterprise network. These responsibilities will require knowledgeable skill sets across the network and VoIP technologies, services and components.
Responsibilities:
- Configuration and Support of LAN/WAN environments according to best practice switching/routing technologies and topologies
- New and best of breed product and technology evaluations and research, integration testing
- High level and low level voice design
Major Requirement:
- Strong knowledge of Cisco VoIP technology, including Call Manager, Unity, IPCC, and Emergency Responder
- Knowledge of traditional TDM telephony services and processes
- Proficient in using Cisco telephony management products
- Strong network troubleshooting/problem resolutions, protocol analysis, network troubleshooting/problem determination skills with network trace/capture/analysis software
- Excellent written and oral communication in English
Special qualifications:
- More than 3 years voice relevant Work Experience
- Voice CCIE preferred
