Title: Test Manager

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

•              To be responsible for tester architecture, test methodology development,  test hardware/software development, test equipment maintenance

•              And opto-electronic device characterization, data analysis and yield improvement processes

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

 

•              BSc/BEng/MSc/MEng (or equivalent) in Electronic Engineering/Physics/Optical Communications

•              Excellent command of both written and spoken English is a prerequisite

•              Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and coach a team in a technically challenging environment

•              Broad technical background, particularly in telecommunications, electronics, optics and semiconductors. Experience with RF design and RF components tests is an asset.

•              Familiar with tester architecture, test methodology development,  test hardware/software development, test equipment maintenance

•              Familiar with opto-electronic device characterization, data analysis and yield improvement processes

•              Minimum 5 years of working experience in an opto-electronic/semiconductor environment
