Experience:
3+ years of management experience with R&D center.
8+ years of hands-on software development and testing experience.
Demonstrated understanding of and experience with aligning research platforms, processes, and resources with strategic business objectives while maintaining a strong product focus and attention to execution against timelines and objectives.
Experience with Agile software development methodologies. Have led new product development teams in the mobile space.
Recognized as a leader able to inspire and motivate others through conviction, vision and the ability to formulate and articulate direction; skilled in the analysis and definition of organization goals and objectives, direction setting and the interpretation of goals into specific tasks
Familiar with various common internet and database technologies including Java, JavaScript, MongoDB,
ostgresDB, etc.
Desired Skills and Experience
A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or a related major is required
English at a native or near-native level, overseas working experiences a plus.
