1. 职位概述/Job Summary

        营运人事经理在地区范围内建立人才资源发展的愿景,负责驻场管理人员的招聘、培训和发展,确保公司业务发展中在部门层面拥有合适人才。

        Operational Human Resources Manager (OHRM) is responsible to develop a HRvision within the Regional Direction, recruits, prepares and develops the humanresources for on-site management positions to ensure that we always have theright people at site level to go with the growth of the company

Recruitment

  • 根据营运业务和营运部门的人员情况,参与制定人员需求

Works with operation to  identify the requirement on site management

  • 依据人员需求搜寻、面试以及提供驻场管理人选

Searches, interviews and  provides candidates for on-site to operation in order to meet the  requirements

  • 参与校园招聘

Participates in campus  recruitment.

  • 负责新营运点人力资源相关工作,使用opening tool与营运和销售共同工作

Supervises site opening HR  responsibilities including to work with OP and BD with opening tool; Monitors  HR team in opening process

  • 寻找和发展部门经理招聘渠道

Looks for and develops recruitment  channels for site management recruitment.

  • 根据需求定期安排与地区营运总监和销售的会议。

Arranges regular meeting  with RD & BD to anticipate their needs

  • 定期与部门经理及主管沟通,了解个人能力、培训需求及职业发展规划

Regularly meets and  interviews people (at site management and supervisor level) on sites to check  their capacity, training needs and career development plan

  • 甄别具有发展潜力的员工并帮助他们制定发展计划。

Identifies potential  employees at site management level and recommends appropriate development  program.

  • 向地区营运总监和区域经理提供关于晋升、招聘、调动、新架构等建议意见,确保将合适的人在合适的时间放在合适的岗位。

Be involved , discusses and  provides advices to RD and AM in all the site management changes (promotion,  recruitment, mobility, new organization on site) in order to insure the right  people at the right place in the right time.

  • 协助地区营运总监建立的接班人计划,建立长、短期的人力资源规划。

Participates to succession  plan designing by RD and to formulate short to long term HR strategy for the  region

  • 在营运部门开业、关闭时,协调人力资源相关事宜

Coordinates HR issues with  operation in closing or opening site situation.

  • 负责营运部门管理人员储备库,执行人力资源相关事宜

Be accountable for Reserve  pool (Site management positions) to implement reserve pool management  program.

  • 参与,跟进人力资源管理项目的实施,如实习生发展计划,UMA,高潜质员工发展计划

Participates, follows up HR  management project or program, such as intern program, UMA, or high potential  employee development plan

培训

Training

  • 与地区营运总监/区域经理一起根据业务需求制定年度培训计划,以提高员工能力,以满足营运管理的需要。

Works with RD/AM on annual  training plan, in line with business needs, in order to improve capabilities  to fill management needs

  • 依据评估工具为新部门经理选择适合的培训课程

Uses assessment tool to  define the suitable training program to prepare the new site managers.

  • 与地区培训团队合作,为被培训人提供后勤保障

Makes the link with regional  training team to organize logistic for the trainees.

  • 同营运一起选择并确定新部门经理的培训部门及导师

Defines with operation team  appropriate sites and coaches to prepare new site managers

工作汇报Reporting

  • 定期向上级提供全面准确的报告

Provides comprehensive and  accurate comments in reporting tools regularly.

合作

Coordination

  • 确保员工价值定位系统在各营运部门的有效执行。

Ensures that Employee Value  Proposition (EVP) is well implemented and communicated on site.

  • 与其他营运人事经理及时分享信息,避免各地区营运总监或事业部间的信息封闭。

Shares with others OHRM the  dashboard needs and resources to avoid silos between RD and BU.
