招聘IT软件销售 (北京上地,望京)(hunter service sales or key account mgr)

Responsibility

You will join Pactera US/EU Business Group as key account manager to managing several multinational companies on their IT R&D or IMS business needs. This position will

1.       Closely work with customer sourcing /engineering department and internally coordinate within Pactera BUs. 

2.       Responsible for ensuring Client satisfaction and handling strategic issues or problem resolution of the deliveries.

3.       Regular visit customer to manage the customer relationship. Responsible for annual budget achievement and future growth plan. Take responsibility for overall account management, to identify and manage risk within acceptable limits involving your rights as appropriate

4.       Obtain the RFI/RFQ from potential customer and drive the project team to together work out the proposal/quotations.

5.       Regular summary & report the business development status to sales director, assisting director to define the target customer and setup roadmap to approach the customer and win new project.

 

Requirements:

1.      Proficient in English and Chinese, particularly strong presentation abilities in English. Understand well  western culture.

2.      Minimum 4 years of account management.or sales experience Background of IT Service sales is preferred, strong ability in customer engagement through driving the executive visiting meeting, responding the RFP/RFI to contract negotiation. Preferably with a combination of marketing, sales, business process, technology, and mobile/high tech industry exposure.

3.      Strong aptitude for building "partner" relationships with clients and colleagues.

4.      Keen attention to detail, analytical, and problem solving. Ability to effectively interact with all levels of an organization, from project manager to executive, while still introducing elements of fun and humor in the workplace.

5.      Strong listening skills and the ability to be open to new ideas from team members, coworkers, industry sources and clients. Ability to manage several projects at once. A source of innovation, passion and creative vision.

To address some of your questions to my email:
1 学历最好是电信背景,如果没有理工科为佳或者对汽车电信行业感兴趣以及自己的见解,尤其对电信IDC 运营商 media players
2 公司总部是在上地,但是为了near client,会需要去望京附近
3 男女不限
