岗位职责: 1.Work out the distribution plan of the local region according to the company’s general target; 2.Carry out market investigation, research, and analysis; provides reliable market information to fix the price, distribution policies and marketing plan etc; 3. Responsible for the various statistical work and analysis of the related distribution aspects; 4.Plan the preparation of new product marketing; 5.Carry out credit investigation to ensure the safety of the company’s funds on account; 6.Supervise the implementation of the company’s sales price; 7.Coordinate the relationship between the company and all the stores, ensure the products of the company to be sold smoothly; 8.Develop new market and distribution channels; 9.Support for the development and follow up of the domestic sales branded products in China; 10 Develops and implements sales strategy and tactics on own territory which is in line with the Company direction; 11.Ensures maximization of promotional budgets and internal resources to meet sales goals; 12. Analyzes reports to uncover trends that may be affecting a district or territory and isolates factors that are driving the business or hindering success; 13.Anticipates changes in the market so that new approaches may be developed and customer needs may be addressed; 14.Conducts business analysis of each area's performance to ensure there are no missed opportunities; 15.Takes leadership position in establishing initiatives in key priority areas for the sales team; 16.Perform other work assigned by the leaders.
要求: 1.The primary objective of the Sales Manager role is to attain or exceed sales objectives by maximizing the effectiveness and productivity of the Sales team; 2.This is achieved primarily through coaching and guiding the Sales Executive during regular field visits and meetings, and also by ensuring the Sales Executives receive the appropriate training and resources they require in order to impact purchasing habits in favor of Whirlpool products; 3.Additionally, Sales Managers develop and implement territory plans, set performance goals for Sales Executives and monitor sales performance on a regular basis.
