This is an exciting opportunity for a talented senior level 2 SW engineerto work atCitrix, a fast growing multi-national corporation. The qualified candidate will participate in our agile software design/development for our industry leading T-Series Adaptive Traffic Manager, Content Accelerator, Unison mobile data service and Smart Capacity management etc. products, purposely designed to address the challenges facing today’s mobile service providers, due to explosive growth of Mobile Internet.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the design, coding, unit testing, debuggingand maintaining of our mobile core network traffic management and optimization product
• Write and review product requirement, functional and design specifications

·         Conducting code reviews, learn&navigate unfamiliar code quickly

·         Cultivate strong working relationships with co-workers

• Establish self as having strong skills in at least one area of specialty
• Deliver software extensible and scalable software solutions on time, providing timely status reports
• Ensure quality release of products by working closely with QA/automation team
• Demonstrate creativity in identifying effective approaches to software and solution development process and promote opportunities for product innovation

·         Actively interface with the product marketing, our global engineering team and customer/partners, professional service, customer support team to address issues in the field

·         Participate in interviewing and hiring practices as directed and advised by manager and/or Human Resources

General Requirements:

• BS/MS in CS/CE/EE, MS preferred
• 8+ years of experiences in software design and development

·         Demonstrated experience of delivering on commitments with strong sense of ownership

·         Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and independently

• Good and proven problem solving skills
• Practice proactive communication skills and excellent written, verbal, presentation skills

·         Fluent verbal and written English skills

Qualification:

·         Must have demonstrated programming ability in C/C++

·         Must be proficient in development environments, debugging tools and source control systems

·         Must have strong UNIX/Linux, and networking skills, and working knowledge of TCP/IP

·         Cellular mobile network, 3G/4G LTE packet core as well as Radio Access Network knowledge is desirable (BSS/RNC etc)

·         Familiar with optimization and control algorithms plus

·         Assertive self-starter with excellent organizational skills

·         Exhibit a “can-do” attitude and inspire others to excel, and develop a team spirit

Desired Skills:

·         Agile software development experience

·         Project and technical leadership experience
