Minimum 8+ years of combined experience in banking, financial and regulatory areas.
Direct experience and knowledge of banking regulatory requirements in Taiwan.
Experience of working with IT systems, particularly with regard to banking and regulatory reporting preferred.
Ability to analyse a set of financial requirements and to redefine in simple terms as a functional requirement.
Existing contacts within the Taiwan regulatory bodies would be an advantage.
Demonstrably good interpersonal skills.
Mandarin speaker, with excellent written skills.
Fluency in English, written and oral
