Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
- Managing job vacancy code in SAP system
- Setting up positions in People Click online recruitment system
- Managing incoming applications
- Arranging interviews
- Liaising with agencies, applicants and hiring managers
- Taking part in interviews
- Carrying out referencing and background checks for new starters
- Entering new employees on to SAP HR system
· Support the implementation of global HR projects, for example ESS/MSS
· Work with external vendor to manage China employment /payroll
· Drive vendor’s performance and continuous improvement
· Play as a super user role of ARM Policy Zone, ensure it is compliant with country-specific law and regulation.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Human resource or business related major
Essential Skills & Experience:
- 6+ years in HR. Experience in a high tech environment preferred
- Experience working in a multi-national organisation, on a global team strongly preferred.
