Job Title: Desktop Support Technician
Location: Beijing
Position Summary
The APAC North Desktop Support Technician requires very good English skills. This position will handle all 1st and 2nd tier Help Desk calls in the APAC North region, and assist senior IT staff on global projects.
Responsibilities
· Monitor Help Desk tracking system and handle trouble tickets
· Escalate serious issues to senior IT staff
· Support senior IT staff with global projects
· Manage inventory and documentation for the entire region
· General Help Desk Services for APAC North (including China, HK, Japan, Malaysia & Singapore)
Qualifications
· Must have very good English skills in both oral & written English (speak fluent English!)
· Undergraduate degree that is IR related
· At least 6 months of work experience in an IT position.
· Experience with Microsoft technologies
Desired Qualifications
· Experience with Microsoft Exchange
· Experience with smartphones and phone systems
· Preferably with overseas education background
