Job Title:
Program Officer, China
Location: Beijing
Main Responsibilities:
ü Work closely with the Canadian institution’s managers in Canada to implement China student recruitment strategy.
ü Manage a channel of education agencies across China in order to help the Canadian education institution increase annual student recruitment.
ü Manage marketing and recruitment from offshore (Canadian Curriculum) high schools in China.
ü Participate in agent fairs and other education fairs to promote the Canadian institution.
ü Travel to schools to give presentations, conduct face to face interviews, and help to build strategic partnerships.
ü Evaluate potential partners for their suitability and interest in partnership.
Requirements:
ü Bachelor’s degree or above
ü Two or more years experience in student recruitment or channel management (Two or more years working experience at an educational agency is preferred)
ü Be able to work independently and as part of a team
ü Be smart, ambitious and strategic
ü Detail orientated, strong planning and time management skills, outgoing personality
ü Strong communication skills, proficient in spoken and written English
ü Travel within China is a requirement
