一、引进人才领域
1、髙性能合成材料技术，及高附加值精细化学品技术。
2、CO2的捕集与利用技术。
3、煤的清洁高效利用技术。
4、生物化工技术、生物质化学品的开发与利用。
5、低碳及过程强化化工技术，及化工工艺和工程技术。
6、新型催化材料技术。
7、新能源技术。
8、大型乙烯、芳烃成套生产技术。
二、引进人才条件
1、取得博士学位或高级以上专业技术任职资格，在国外知名企业、高校、科研单位或国际组织任高级职位经历，具有业内公认的学术能力和成果，年龄一般在55岁以下。或在海外知名高校取得博士学位，并在海外有3年以上科研工作经历，在国外知名高校、科研机构或著名公司有正式教学或科研任职经历，所从事科研领域表现突出，一般年龄在40岁以下。
2、具有能够促进上海院自主创新、技术升级的科研业绩，能够带领所在领域取得实质性突破，支持上海院主体或新兴科研领域的快速发展，形成技术竞争和战略领先优势。
3、能够组织领导上海院重大科研项目或成套技术开发项目的实施，组建和管理集团公司重点实验室。或能够为上海院科研和管理发展提供创造性的技术咨询。
4、身体健康，能够承担相应科研任务。
三、引进方式
1、全职引进。与上海院签订劳动合同，实际已退休人员与上海院签订聘用协议。
2、达到国家认定标准的外国专家，年龄可放宽至65岁。可每年来上海院工作6个月以上，连续工作3年。
3、项目聘任。签订项目聘任协议，以完成项目任务为目标。
4、咨询顾问。签订聘任协议,不定期为上海院工作。

一、Job mission
1) take charge of R&D programs for high-performance synthetic materials
and high value-added fine chemicals; or
2) CO2 sequestration and utilization; or
3) highly efficient and clean technologies of coal utilization; or
4) biochemical technology and utilization of biomass chemicals; or
5) low-carbon technologies, process intensification technologies, chemical
process technologies and chemical engineering; or
6) novel catalytic material technologies; or
7) alternative energy technologies; or
8) technology packages for large-scale ethylene and aromatics complex.
二、Job requirement
1) The prospective candidate should generally earn Ph.D. degree abroad or be
at least qualified to be a principal scientist, and have working experience in
the famous companies or prestigious universities or research institutes or
international organizations overseas, and have the academic capability and
achievements recognized in professional circles, and be at the age less than 55
years old; or
the prospective candidate earned Ph.D. degree in the prestigious universities
abroad and have had over three years of R&D experience overseas, have
teaching or working experience in the prestigious universities or research
institutes or famous companies, and be at the age less than 40 years old.
2) The prospective candidate can promote SRIPT’s self-reliance technology
innovation and upgrading, and try his/her best to make a substantial
breakthrough in the research areas, and is willing to support and speed up
SRIPT's R&D in its core business or new research areas to keep and enhance
its technology competitiveness and strategic strength.
3) The prospective candidate should be able to organize and implement SRIPT’s
key research projects or projects of developing technology package, establish
and manage the key laboratory of Sinopec Group, or provide the innovative and
technical consulting service for scientific research and management of SRIPT;
4) The prospective candidate should maintain good health and be able to
undertake the research tasks assigned.
三、Employment conditions
1) Full-time jobs: Should sign a labor contract with SRIPT, or sign an
employment agreement with the retired candidate ;
2) The foreign experts who reach the Chinese national standards could be at
the age less than 65 years old. They may work in SRIPT for over 6 months each
year and the term or duration of an employment will be 3 years;
3) Project manager: Should sign an project agreement and has to discuss and
fulfill the targets and requirements proposed in the project;
4) Consultant: Should sign an employment agreement and work for SRIPT on a
flexible time schedule.
