Job Description for BD Mgr:
- Responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing and developing client relationships and assist special projects as required(market/industry/company analysis, strategy, etc.)
- Conducting industrial/market information research and efficiently working out potential companies in the right industry; being a key interface to the cross functional teams, preparing internal approval presentation; and Preparing proposal /contracts and make presentation to clients.
- Develops solid relationship with potential clients and managing the status and business opportunity pipeline and maintaining long-term relationship with clients.
- Work closely with clients and consultants to fill clients' assignments.
- Manages business development program.
Requirement:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent and 1+ years relevant experience, in-depth understanding of all functions of a multinational company, Sales and marketing experience will be preferred, Overseas work or study experience is a prefer.
- Strong industry knowledge and relationship in one or more of the following areas: Manufacturing, FMCG, Media, Pharmacy, IT, Financial etc.
- Action oriented, drive for results, global mind-set, able to operate with high degree of autonomy.
- Energetic, hard working, team player, ability to handle high stress environment--Good communication skill both in Chinese and English.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
