Your value in CoE………

As a Support Specialist in CoE you can realize the value of SAP expertise and elevated support in all phases of a solution life cycle:

 

·         During implementation, customers benefit from technical risk mitigation, optimization, and enhanced operations, which ensure a smooth transition to the operations phase of their solutions.

·         During operations, customers benefit from applying best practices and SAP standards for solution operations to reduce the cost of operation and improve end-user satisfaction by improving quality and efficiency.

·         During upgrades and migrations, customers benefit from customer-specific strategies that lead to decreased cost of ownership, increased return on investment, and an enhanced ability to adapt to changing business needs.

·         During all phases of the application life cycle, customers benefit from both on-site and back-office professional expertise focused on identifying and proactively addressing top issues, whether they involve implementation, upgrade, or ongoing solution operations.

 

我们工作的主要内容是通过现场或者远程的方式,为客户提供主动式的支持服务:

·         与客户访谈,发现其SAP系统实施和运维中的风险和问题,并给出我们专业的改进建议;

·         检查和优化客户系统,并给出优化的具体方案;

·         Understand our customers’ core businesses in the context of their industries

·         Collect lessons learned and experiences from various cases. Develop guidelines or best practices for SAP customers globally.

职位描述

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

·         Support local and international key accounts during implementation of mission critical projects by delivering onsite and/or remote services, e.g., risk assessments, technical and functional business process improvement, and empowerment.

·         Manage critical customer situations.

·         Participate in onsite and remote service delivery for customers in Asia Pacific, Europe, U.S. and Latin America.

·         Optimize SAP solutions through continuous improvements over a product’s lifecycle.

·         Deliver knowledge transfer sessions to SAP employees and customers.

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

·         Bachelor degree or above in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Engineering and IT.

·         Able to communicate in English.

·         Good presentation and communication skills in both Chinese and English.

·         Programming skills in one for the following languages: Java, C, C#, C++, ABAP. Alternatively you can demonstrate strong abilities in fast learning.

·         Detail-oriented, excellent analytical skills and effective problem solving skills.

·         Strong and convincing personality for interaction with customers.

·         A real team player with initiative and 'can do' attitude who learns and adapts quickly in an international environment.

·         Being able to work under pressure, in critical situations and under tight deadlines.

·         Enjoying working in a diverse cultural environment; open minded and culturally sensitive.
