Sales Excellence Analyst – Greater China Advertising and Online division
Responsibilities:
- Discover what is happening in key agencies with regard to the consideration of competitive campaigns or new business plans through account profiling.
- Work with local and regional account teams to build a tractable sales pipeline for effective sales management and win/loss analysis.
- Work with Multi-national (MN) team to obtain visibility of MN account engagements in local markets.
- Conduct research to understand the digital advertising landscape in all markets of Greater China.
- Partner with their parties to ensure timely completion of courseware across the customer facing roles.
- Manage the opportunity pipeline for all pipes driving visibility and coverage
- Programmatically identify root causes for underperformance. Deliver well-executed sales optimization and productivity strategies to ensure accurate revenue forecasts.
- Manage the action list (i.e. Action Log) from month/quarterly business reviews. Develop insights and drive new activities for the business and update management as part of the subsidiary planning process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required in business, marketing and/or finance.
- 5 years of practical experience in sales, business operations and/or business management.
- Knowledge of Internet advertising industry recommended.
- Advanced oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin, planning and organizational abilities.
- Must be able to work independently, handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, directed person; ability to build strong, lasting business relationships; ability to understand the customer and market trends.
