Title: Training Manager
Reports To: Retail Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
1.Provide professional training scheme: Work in collaboration with the Retail team to build a strong partnership that allows Benefit to be included in all additional training opportunities. Define & develop training module as per brand identity and needs.
2.Assist to achieve the sales targets: Develop and measure effectiveness of conversion rate from service to product sales, achieve the sales target as the final goal.
3.Deliver training program and materials: Spend balance of time distributed across markets with the Training materials in store to provide training and feedback
4.Coordinate interior and exterior team training needs: Establish and maintain good working relationship with all divisions and employees. Attend all monthly meetings with account to maximize all opportunities in training and development
Requirements:
1.At least 5 years working experience in cosmetic/ premium retail industry , and minimum 2 years in management experience
2.Self-Disciplined experience in developing training manual and building training system from scratch.
3.Minimum Bachelor Degree
4.Fluent spoken and written in English.
