此职位为一个美资化工企业在青的招聘。由于需要扩大产能，所以招收一名负责新厂房扩建、升级与改造的一个土建工程师。项目结束之后会转去做maintenance。希望有一定的maintenance经验。汇报给maintenance & engineering manager.项目组成员为美国总部派过来的。所以需要一定的英语基础。
Position: Capital Project Engineer
Report: Maintenance & Engineering Manager
Job Duties:
1. Develop budgets, goals and schedules for specific engineering projects.
2. Develops and monitors capital project deliverables including cost control, timing, etc.
3. Tracks project metrics and reports timely to Capital Superintendent
4. Implements improvements in capital processes to continuously improve capital productivity.
5. Interacts with HSE, production, maintenance, six sigma, and other departments to ensure that business needs are met.
6. Works closely with supply chain group to leverage engineering ,contractors and equipment suppliers
7. Updates and complies with site engineering standards in accordance with corporate guidelines, and reliability group.
8. Updates all P+ID’s, as built drawings, and other documentation for all projects.
9. Provides repair information, spare parts lists, equipment manuals, or other information to appropriate maintenance and operating depts..
10. Assures the incorporation of maintainability and reliability concepts in all projects
11. Assures safe working environment for employees and contractors.
12. Assures regulatory compliance.
13. Implements capital projects in an efficient and effective manner.
14. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements:

10. Strong project management skills and use of MS Project software.
11. BS Degree in Engineering required
12. 5> years of experience in Project Engineering in Chemical Manufacturing environment.
