China Program Officer (A U.S. Community College)

The Program Officer will be responsible for representing one of Grok's U.S.client institutions in a role that will require extensive travels throughout China (estimate 3 months in total per year).

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the U.S. institution's managers in States to implement China student recruitment strategy.
• Manage a channel of education agencies across China in order to help the U.S. education institution increase annual student recruitment.
• Participate in agent fairs and other education fairs to promote the U.S. institution.
• Travel to schools to give presentations, conduct face to face interviews, and help to build strategic partnerships.
• Evaluate potential partners for their suitability and interest in partnership.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above

• Two or more years experience in student recruitment or channel management. (Two or more years working experience in U.S. department at an educational agency is preferred.)

• Be able to work independently and as part of a team

• Be smart, ambitious and strategic

• Detail orientated, strong planning and time management skills, outgoing personality
• Strong communication skills, proficient in spoken and written English
• Travel within China is a requirement

• Studied at U.S. community college is preferred
