Responsibilities:
*Elaborate and achieve a monthly and yearly site sales target and budget;
*Propose weekly course of action and identify areas of improvement and expansion (new categories and channels);
*Coordinate team operations and follow up the implementation of every project;
*Represent the team in multidepartment projects;
*Coordinate with HR for Japanese team recruiting process;
*Provide reports concerning sales and other KPIs;
Requirements:
*Japanese native speaker;
*Bachelor degree or above;
*Minimum 1 year working experience in category management, marketing or sales;
*Optimistic, creative and active. With good analytical skills and a good understanding of on-line purchase process;
*Team work spirit, project management ability;
*Good communication and writing skills; Responsible and detailed oriented *Excellent Computer skills, particularly important to have a proven command of MS Office Suite and Internet; |
