Here we are working on some positions on behalf of our client, which are the multinational company. They are currently looking for some outstanding Financial Controller talents in Guangdong China. Any further infos please see as below.

Finance Controller
Our client is a successful private Australian multinational company operating for over 60 years and is a leader in its field in the consumer product category, with extensive manufacturing and marketing operations throughout the world.  It established its first factory in China in 1995.  Due to its customer focused strategy, product innovation and good quality orientation, its operation in China is still growing strong.  It is now looking for a Financial Controller with academic or work experience in Australia.

Key Responsibilities

-       Contribute to strategic planning and development as a member of the executive team, plan and implement business and financial strategy and planning, monitoring, management and reporting, including management and development of policies, systems, processes and personnel involved;

-       Supervise and manage the accounting functions in compliance with all corporate, legal and regulatory requirements including tax, annual reports and accounts;

-       Prepare statutory reports and ensures that the company’s operations fulfill the legal and regulatory requirements of China;

-       Oversee monthly budget, forecast and financial planning processes, provide accurate and valuable information and analysis to management team;

Requirements

-       Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance required; advanced degree or chartered certification desired (ACCA, CMA, CFA, CPA) is desired. 10 years accounting experience; at least 5 years managerial experience required in multinational manufacturing environment managing multiple sites;

-       Proficiency with computer systems & PCs, ORACLE, MFG/Pro or other equivalent ERP/ manufacturing applications;

-       A deep and broad knowledge of manufacturing processes, generally accepted accounting practices/principles, financial policies and regulatory requirements / issues is required;

-       Working knowledge of Chinese GAAP and relevant local regulations concerning tax, economic and financial activities, customs regulations specifically related to foreign ventures is a must, knowledge of overseas accounting and financial reporting systems will be a definite advantage;

-       Must speak and write fluent Mandarin and English;

-       With relevant working experience in managing multiple-sites’ accounting activities with regional roles will have added advantages
