COUNTRY MANAGER
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Develop and execute management strategies aimed at exceeding targets
-Autonomously run your portfolio and make executive decisions directly effecting its success
-Meet and over achieve on weekly and monthly revenue targets
-Effectively manage, train and communicate KPI's to teams
-Uniquely identify emerging trends within each area while applying this knowledge to leverage sales
-Provide updates and reports to the managing director on a weekly basis
-Manage all expectations on a variety of projects
-Acquire in-depth knowledge about key industry performance indicators
Required Skills:
-Top university essential
-Entrepreneurial approach to business and a strong understanding of start-ups essential
-Three years management experience, preferably in VC-firms, investment banking, start-ups or business consulting
-Strong business acumen
-Proven experience in achieving and over exceeding onset targets
-Excellent communication skills; written, spoken (over the phone and in person)
-Strong working knowledge of emerging Internet trends
-Impeccable interpersonal and social skills, positive attitude, energetic approach and self-motivation are all essential
ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Mobilize local resources to discover, network, convert potential landlords to Wimdu hosts
- Effectively communicate key advantages of listing with Wimdu.com
- Advantages: access to huge global market of travelers, community building aspect, higher rate of return than traditional rental, free localized advertisement exposure, live booking, friend-making etc.
- Develop rebuttals for concerns with Wimdu service (i.e. security issues, when do I receive payment, fees etc.)
- Goto networking events to spread the good word of Wimdu
- Follow closely the bookings/reviews of your accounts and collect host feedback
- Coordinate scouts to stay at your top listings
Required Skills:
-Entrepreneurial approach to business and a strong understanding of start-ups essential
-Minimum two year experience in real estate industry or sales position
-Strong business acumen
-Proven experience in achieving and over exceeding onset targets
-Excellent communication skills; written, spoken (over the phone and in person)
-Bilingual a plus
-Strong working knowledge of emerging Internet trends
-Impeccable interpersonal and social skills, positive attitude, energetic approach and self-motivation are all essential
CITY SCOUT
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Mobilize local resources to discover, network, convert potential landlords to Wimdu hosts
- Effectively communicate key advantages of listing with Wimdu.com
- Advantages: access to huge global market of travelers, community building aspect, higher rate of return than traditional rental, free localized advertisement exposure, live booking, friend-making etc.

- Accept assignments to stay at various hosted properties to experience and review both the property and host
3.Previous work experience in sales or content writing is a plus
