Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Safety, Environment, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Chemistry or an applied science field or demonstrated equivalent
- Certification in CIH, CSP, CHMM, PE, or CHP should be pursued or completed
- At least 8+ years of experience in EHS or environmental field
- Broad range of expertise and excellent communication skills
Job Description:
- Provide leading EHS consulting services to URS clients, which include but are not limited to:
1) Environmental due diligence
2) Soil and groundwater investigation and remediation
3) Environmental, health and safety compliance audit
4) Environmental impact assessment
5) On-site EHS consulting
6) Environmental risk management - Serve in leadership role in the office by managing a group of 3-5 direct reports
- Responsible for leading junior environmental consultants to deliver EHS environmental report after on-site investigation
- Perform innovative instruction to junior staff in environmental consulting projects
- Respond to client requests (RFPs) by developing pricing and drafting proposals
- Others as appropriate assigned by Director of EHS consulting and Office Manager.
