一、职位职能: 建筑项目工程師 Web Steel Structure Engineer 

Main responsibilities：

1． 了解行业市场， 通过不同渠道与美国当地同行交流，搜集资料与研究，和国内供货渠道进行对比；落实项目的可行性方案与计划；

2． 负责中方投资业主与美国当地所成立的基建部门里施工单位设计工程师，现场工程和预算、水电等工程师的沟通工作；

3． 代表业主监督施工单位施工情况。

Requirements:
-Fluent speaker of English, Chinese.

-Excellent communication skills; 

-Degree holder of Civil Engineering

-Good experience and knowledge on web steel structure prefabrication
-With more than 5 years similar experience 

-Strong work ethics。

Work location in Amercica.

二、职位职能: Secretary to Board of Director

Requirements:
-Native speaker of Cantonese, English and Chinese.
-College degree holder in Business Administration, preferably lived or worked in North America before.
-With more than 5 years similar experiences assisting with the operation of a big enterprise.

-Able to handle multiple tasks and set priorities. 
-Being detail-oriented, dependable, reliable, with strong worth ethics.
