We are looking for a Helpdesk Support Engineer to join our team! We are a regional IT Consulting firm focus in Global financial institutions.
Job Description Ø Deliver high quality desktop support for end users; Ø Install, configure and maintain personal computers, printer / network / Internet access support, and other related equipment, devices and systems; Ø Perform hardware and software installation and upgrades; Ø Investigate and troubleshoot user problem, perform root cause analysis; Ø Ensure timely user notification on maintenance and effects on system availability Ø Other Ad hoc duties as assigned Job Requirement Ø Diploma holder or above in Computer Science or equivalent Ø 3 years working experience in IT Industry, preferably in International firms; Ø Good command of English (both spoken and written) and fluency in spoken Chinese is a must; Ø Possess good customer handling skills, experience in dealing with VIP and foreigners; Ø Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize conflicting demands effectively; Ø Proactive and "can-do" working attitude; Ø Able to work under pressure and tight schedule; Ø Holder of MCSA/MCSE/CCNA is an advantage
