KEY TASKS
•        Assist in development and distribution of materials for counselors and markets
•        Collect data and compile regular reports on EIC customer service reputation
•        Liaise with branch office staff in all matters regarding service issues
•        Design and conduct market research via surveys and other means; develop new and innovative reports to better capture the state of the market
•        Contribute to the development of effective and durable customer service system
•        Translation and interpretation assistance for the Service Director

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

韩冰(英国)

•        Native Chinese speaker with ability to communicate effectively and efficiently in English
•        University degree from overseas university, with a strong preference for graduates of U.S. universities
o        Degrees in fields related to business or that require extensive writing are preferred
•        At least three years of work experience is preferred, but qualified candidates with less will be considered
•        Familiarity with basic customer service principles from a Western perspective
