Major responsibilities:
1. Responsible for providing technical and product application support for Field Application Support engineer and sales team in the fader market.
2.Resolves all technical support and product application issues within appropriate timeframes, either remotely or on customer site if necessary globally.
3.Liaises with factory-based Applications Engineers, Application Specialists and Customer Service personnel as required to resolve customer issues.
4.Carries out Installation and Basic User Training plans.
5. May be called on to provide occasional applications support to pre-sales opportunities.
6. Prepares application notes, FAQ’s and/or white papers on use of wireless applications.
7. Ensures accurate record keeping of applications/support issues in supported region.
8. Provides suggestions to Wireless Segments regarding product usability, supportability, and methodology.
Job requirement:
1. BSEE degree or equivalent required; MSEE highly desirable.
2. A minimum 5 years related experience/and or training in the fader industry.
3. Demonstrated business communication skills (verbal and written communication skills) in Chinese and English
4. Demonstrated troubleshooting skills
5. Knowledge of complex electronic lab equipment
6. Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
7. Thorough knowledge of channel emulator technologies.
8. Willingness to travel up to 20% depends on the needs.
