Position: Mechanical Designer (AS)
Department: Engineering
Report to: Head of Engineering
Professional Responsibilities:
1. Design production equipment for automobile industry (powertrain assembly).
2. Develop concepts fixtures and holder.
3. Prepare flow charts and functional diagrams, clamping plan.
4. FMEA analysis.
5. Resume the responsibility for costs for the assigned design projects.
6. Search and charge suitable sub-contractors (Supplier Management).
7. Identify interfering influences during the project and inform the project team on a regularly basis.
8. Obtain and transfer information or data relevant for the projects.
9. Support proposals.
10. Attend administrative tasks.
11. Monitor related sub-supplier (Design).
Candidate Profile:
1. Degree as Mechanical Engineer (Bachelor).
2. Software skills: AutoCAD, Catia, UG, RobCAD, EM-Planer, EM-Designer, MS-Office products, Microstation.
2, Design Drawing-checking
Position: Design Drawing-checking
Department: Engineering
Report to: Head of Engineering
Professional Responsibilities:
1. Check the 2D drawing, insure no machining drawing is missing.
2. Check the BOM, insure quantity is correct, no item is missing.
3. Insure the format is correct, avoid Macro and auto-sorting failure.
4. Insure no dimension for machining is missing.
5. Insure the dimension is matching each other.
6. Insure no necessary GD&T is missing.
7. Insure the Surface-roughness is reasonable.
8. Insure the raw material can find at local with same quality.
9. Insure the surface, harden treatment and other technical specification can reach with local manufacturing process.
10. Give the suggestion to optimize the design avoid the machining failure.
Candidate Profile:
1. Deeply mechanical machining background.
2. At least 20 years of machining & design experience.
3. Skilled with the Chinese GB standard of 2D drawing.
4. Familiar with GD&T of the 2D drawing.
5. Familiar with the machining process of local.
6. Familiar with the function of all kinds of machining machine; (lathe, milling, boring, drilling machine and etc.).
7. Familiar with Micro-soft Excel.
3, Material Planner
Position: Material Planner
Department: Engineering
Report to: Head of Engineering
Professional Responsibilities:
1. Material sorting base on the BOM and project.
2. Technical communication and clarification with supplier.
3. Communicate with purchase define how to split the PA.
4. Create PA, and save the drawing and BOM to correct folder of server.
5. Trace the status of PA.
6. Create the detail list for tracing.
7. Update the PA and detail list because of design change.
8. Input the data into SAP.
Candidate Profile:
1. Mechanical background.
2. Familiar with mechanical structure.
3. Skill of English.
4. Skilled with Micro-soft (Excel, and PowerPoint). |
