Deployment Support Engineer is responsible for providing high-quality
technical support for the salesPRISM software deployments to our
internal professional services team.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br> o&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Provide both level 1 and level 2 support for our Asia Pacific Japan clients. <br> o&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Troubleshooting software configuration and deployment issues&nbsp;&nbsp;<br> o&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Configuration changes to application <br> o&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Scheduling and performing software installs, upgrades, and patches.&nbsp;&nbsp; <br> o&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Documentation and training projects to create a knowledge repository for a more self-service deployment environment.&nbsp;&nbsp; <br>
o&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with our
Development group and support team to resolve more advanced issues when
necessary&nbsp;&nbsp;<br> o&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Reviewing logs to determine if any new error conditions require action. <br>
o&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Working with development and testing staff to determine the
impact of new releases will have on the production environment <br> o&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Making recommendations for improving maintainability and stability of the application <br>&nbsp;&nbsp;<br> Experience requirements: <br> o&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Extensive knowledge of SQL <br> o&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience with Microsoft .NET applications and IIS <br> o&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP and other networking concepts <br> o&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Knowledge of C++ or C# is helpful <br> o&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Knowledge of Adobe Flex is helpful <br> o&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience with salesforce.com <br> o&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Outstanding customer service and interaction skills <br> o&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Fluent in English <br> <br>&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br> About Lattice Engines <br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>
