<DIV>&nbsp;(1) 精通JAVA，熟悉基于J2EE体系架构软件开发的相关技术，比如servlet,JSP,Struts,Spring,Ibatis,webservice等<BR>&nbsp;(2) 熟悉常用的设计模式以及Java中的设计模式、软件开发流程和软件开发过程控制<BR>&nbsp;(3) 具有一定的数据库设计能力，精通oracle开发；<BR>（4）熟练掌握UML设计；熟练使用Rose、PowerDesigner、ErWin或Visio等设计工具<BR>（5）熟悉MVC框架及WEB应用客户端技术,如：Ext, Ajax,JAVASCRIPT、CSS等技术<BR>（6）熟悉tomcat、jboss等应用服务器，具有对在高并发处理情况下的负载调优经验；<BR>（7）熟悉至少一种项目管理流程，如CMMI，RUP<BR>（8）熟悉JAVA Swing技术、JFormDesigner、JFreeChart等工具者优先<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 最好有大型物流项目实施经验，大型电信或大型连锁零售商项目经验也可。&nbsp;</DIV>
