<P>任职资格的具体描述：</P>Excellent communication, coordination and influencing skills <BR>● Highly self-motivated, work well under pressure <BR>● Deliver projects on time and within budget <BR>● Confident in handling a diversity of responsibilities <BR>● Competent in Behavioral Interviewing <BR>· Implement corporate HR policies at the division level in the region;<BR>· Recruit talent for the division in the region;<BR>· Implement integration program for new staff;<BR>· Consult with employees and managers to address and solve the root causes of Human Resources;<BR>· Handle labour disputes in the region;<BR>· Manages internal staff transfer and mobility in the region;<BR>· Implement the employee communication to promote employee engagement in the region; <BR>· Be familiar with the cooperation with FESCO </DIV>
