<DIV>岗位职责
<DIV class=details>1. Cashier operations controling <BR>A. Monitor sales, return and exchange process in system<BR>B. Review tax register file prepared by boutique<BR>C. Manage Layaway, Credit Note & Deposit<BR>D. Check closing <BR>E. Verify bank card refund <BR>2. Stocks management <BR>A. Review goods receiving process <BR>B. Check all products barcode <BR>C. Monitor Bin transfer <BR>D. Spot check goods transfer <BR>E. Follow up stock adjustment and return<BR>F. Investigate negative stocks <BR>G. Organize weekly and monthly inventory stocktake and do reconciliation with boutique<BR>3. Accounting tasks <BR>A. Control petty cash <BR>B. Verify petty cash and staff reinbursement's application<BR>4. Others <BR>A. Co-ordinate with local tax agency and bank relationship<BR>B. Try to solve any computerized problem<BR>C. Verify boutique order <BR>D. Take care of boutique's maintenance<BR></DIV>

<P>任职资格的具体描述：</P>1、Bachelor degree or above in Accounting / Business Administration or related field;<BR>2、Around 3-5 year related experience in retail industry，luxury brand is preferred.<BR>3、Be sensitive to the data<BR>4、High Responsibility, detail-oriented, passionate and active;<BR>5、Excellent communication skill both in Chinese and English;<BR>6、Excellent Computer Skill in Microsoft Office;<BR>7、Quick Problem Solving skill & Analysis ability;<BR>8、Team spirit; Could work under high pressure and busy schedule. </DIV>
