<DIV>Your key tasks and accountabilities <BR>• Coordinate with project teams to define project scope and delivery schedule <BR>• Manage a team of highly motivated testers to meet project schedule and deliver high quality product <BR>• Responsible for managing quality assurance of a line of product and applications <BR>• Be a quality assurance thought leader and lead teams to create innovative solutions <BR>• Participate in continuous improvement in policies and processes <BR>• Is accountable for ensuring test coverage, mapping of requirements to test cases and end to end traceability (requirements/stories, test cases, defects) <BR>• Demonstrates good understanding of the test processes and supports QA Engineers in adhering to the standards throughout the projects <BR>• Provide guidance and training to enable other team members to meet/exceed expectations <BR>• Works on multiple projects concurrently <BR><BR>Your skills and experience <BR>• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering or Information Systems <BR>• 10+ years software development or quality assurance experience in established companies <BR>• 5+ years of people and project management experience <BR>• Strong work ethics <BR>• Experience in working with multi-national companies <BR>• Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written <BR>• Understands software development cycle and hands on programming skills highly valued <BR><BR><BR>关于Testing Director/ Sr. Manager，再次强调几点需求： <BR><BR>1.要有10年以上的项目管理经验或者软件测试（最佳）/开发项目协调经验，带领或创建过大型团队（50-100人以上），具备类似跨国或知名公司管理经验，金融背景（最佳）。 <BR>2.英语听，说，读，写要求流利，由于经常和美国SVP/VP直接进行工作交流。 <BR>3.直接汇报对象是测试中国区负责人（VP）。<BR></DIV><DIV>我的联系方式：</DIV>
