SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST (Report to Senior Manager or Manager)<br />

Project Management (25%)<br />
Manage all types of projects and their execution<br />
Manage project fee, time, resources, team members<br />
Provide client liaison<br />
Conduct project presentation<br />
Supervise project team members <br />
<br />
Project Execution (55%)<br />
Conduct research and review<br />
Conduct interviews, analysis, interpretation and recommendations<br />
Liaise with outsourcers and RAs when necessary<br />
Perform consultancy advice for recommendations and write reports<br />
Oversee report writing and conduct project presentation<br />
<br />
Business Development (10%)<br />
Perform business development with new clients when required<br />
Conduct BC credentials presentations to clients<br />
Prepare proposals for clients<br />
Contribute articles for PR purposes<br />
<br />
Staff Development (10%)<br />
Provide Staff development and training<br />
Mentor new staff<br />
Note: Sales Targets will only be assigned to SBAs who are projected for promotion to Manager role as a performance target.<br />
