<DIV class=details>Responsible for the development of division goals, strategies, and CAPEX process<BR>? Management of business resources to ensure goals and financial targets are achieved.<BR>? Oversees all aspects of plant operations.<BR>? Develops business policies that are consistent with corporate guidelines and directs the implementation of these polices.<BR>? Oversees the development and implementation of annual budgets.<BR>? Responsible for maximizing manufacturing processes and capabilities; and implementing strategies that increase efficiency, effectivity, and productivity.<BR>? To ensure a safe/health environment for the plant employees.<BR>To mentor and develop the department managers and supervisors.</DIV></DIV>

<P>任职资格的具体描述：</P>Bachelor degree or above in related field<BR>Preferable specialized Knowledge / special Abilities and Skills<BR>Good command of both spoken and written English is a must<BR>Preferable Professional Experience<BR>Minimum 8 experiences with manufacturing and machining, experience with lean practices, Six Sigma quality training, understanding of CAPEX process. </DIV>
