Position：<br>GM Assistant<br><br>Main Tasks:<br><br>1. Preparations<br>-Preparation of documents, status reports, presentations<br>-Briefeings for GM<br>-Board meeting pre and post care (documentation, interpretation, minutes)<br>2. Interpretation<br>-Back and forth translations/interpretations for various meetings and conversation from and into German<br>3. Project Management/Organization<br>-Schedules<br>-Prep tasks with customers, R&D, planning etc.<br>-Project meetings<br>-Project tool: “Reifegradspiegel”<br>-Project: localization of keyparts like cylinder block and cylinder head<br><br>Qualifications/Requirements for this Position:<br>-Chinese: mother tongue<br>-English: good spoken and written skills<br>-German: native-like level<br>-revelant working experience is prefered<br>-understanding of the automotive industry, engineering background<br>-good communcation skills<br>-very good organizing skills and structural thinking<br>-high proficiency in MS Office as well as IT appliances (computer, projector, etc.)<br>-flexibility and ability to work under pressure<br><br>Qualification：<br><br>1. 德国留学，研究生学历，德语流利；<br>2. 机械制造/机电一体化/汽车工程等相关专业；<br>3. 极强的沟通，协调能力；<br>4. 结果导向，result-oriented；<br>5. 极强的抗压能力；<br><br>Remarks：<br><br>1. 女生优先；<br>2. 抗压力要强，会在压力环境下，仍能冷静的分析并积极沟通；<br>3.
