Audits and projects are performed to analyze and assess a variety of EMC''s business operations, concentrating mainly on those with direct financial impact. Role is generally expected to be performed for 18 months to 3 years, with two-plus years as the normal time in grade. Using questionnaires, data analysis, statistical sampling, and interviews, evaluate the appropriateness of accounting methods and the effectiveness of internal and management controls.</td></tr><tr><td colspan="2" style="padding: 0.75pt; ">·  Draft audit reports and recommend improvements in efficiency, effectiveness and financial controls; review findings with division and department heads, and the Country Manager (for country audits).</td></tr><tr><td colspan="2" style="padding: 0.75pt; ">·  Ensure that all audit workpapers are complete and sufficient to support the conclusions presented in the reports.</td></tr><tr><td colspan="2" style="padding: 0.75pt; ">·  Make practical and reasonable recommendations in the audit report to improve the control deficiencies or process related issues.
