<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 10pt"><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT size=3 face=Calibri>○ The successful candidate will hold at least 3+ years of recruiting with a bachelor degree and have previous campus recruitment experience within the IT industry<BR>○ A desire to continue building a career in campus recruiting is critical<BR>○ Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential, must be able to demonstrate successful ability in building strong working relationships<BR>○ Focus on results, ability to drive the recruiting process and provide responsive follow-up to both candidates and hiring teams<BR>○ Know how to prioritize and deal with pressure<BR>○ Attention to details with exceptional analytical and process management skills<BR>○ A demonstrated passion for campus recruiting and providing amazing customer service<BR>○ Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Chinese</FONT></SPAN></P>
