<DIV><P class=text><FONT style="FONT-SIZE: 14px">Position 1: Core Business Services - HR Manager – Beijing<BR>Responsibilities: <BR>• Responsible for full spectrum of daily human resources (HR) operations <BR>• Build and maintain influential relationships with business leaders and managers, working closely with them to deliver HR initiatives including recruitment, retention, compensation review, training and other people initiatives.<BR>• Make a meaningful contribution to the development and implementation of service line strategy which extends beyond the People professional discipline<BR>• Anticipate issues and needs within the business and address these effectively<BR>• Evaluate requests and initiatives from the business before deciding an appropriate response. Challenge and influence the business to ensure the most appropriate course of action<BR>• Supervise and provide guidance to junior team members <BR>• Take part in HR relevant projects.<BR><BR><BR>Requirements: <BR>• University degree holder in Human Resources or relevant disciplines.<BR>• Strong business acumen with a minimum of 8 years of experience as an HR professional.<BR>• Well-versed in employment ordinances and other HR related regulations.<BR>• Mature, goal-driven and self-motivated.<BR>• Strong organizational and analytical skills.<BR>• A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.<BR>• Ability of multi-task management and working under pressure.<BR>• Native Chinese speaker, with excellent command of spoken and written English.<BR>• Proven ability to influence at senior levels in the organization<BR>• Resilient, practical and a self starter; comfortable with working on own and in teams<BR><BR><BR><BR>Position 2: Campus Recruitment - Senior Officer - Beijing<BR>Responsibilities:<BR>• Lead the China North campus recruitment<BR>• Ensure recruitment process complies with the organization's protocols and policies<BR>• Drive and be accountable for campus branding activities in universities <BR>• Maintain effective communication with universities, candidates and internal clients<BR>• Handle ad-hoc HR projects<BR><BR>Requirements:<BR>• University graduate in Human Resources Management or Business Administration or related fields<BR>• At least 5 years of campus recruitment experience gained in MNC or consulting organizations or similar background<BR>• Goal-driven personality, analytical and with a positive work attitude<BR>• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with different parties, including candidates and senior management<BR>• Able to work independently and under pressure<BR>• Experience in managing events and group activities<BR>• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin<BR>• Proficiency in MS office<BR><BR>Who we are<BR>At EY, we support you in achieving your unique potential wherever you are in the world - both personally and professionally.
