坐标外滩，招奢侈品的旗舰店店长！！！  年龄26~36，形象气质佳，英语听说能力熟练，有零售业工作经验，海龟加分~~~  如果能力出色要求可适当放宽！具体职位JD请往下看↓↓↓↓↓↓  Main Job Duties and Responsibilities:  1.Store daily operation  Responsible for the store daily operation up to the retail service standard, including work distribution, staff appearance management, staff performance appraisal, good execution of company policy, etc.  2.Meeting the sales targets  Responsible for the revenue generation to achieve or exceed the required revenue target from company.  3.Provide professional service  Responsible for providing the relevant professional customer services up to the company standard in the store environment, and assist staff to well deal with the customer complaints.  4.Related analysis & reports  Responsible for intelligence collection and the respective comments / complaints analysis and reporting.  5.Stock management  Responsible for the stock management.  6.Communication  Responsible for the main communications among Company, Brand, Landlord and Competitors.  Job Specifications:  1.Be adapt to retail working time and environment.  2.At least 3 years relevant work experience, preferably in fashion brands Flagship Store.  3.College degree or above.  4.Have oversea education background is preferred.  5.Good at spoken and written English.  6.Good personnel management.  7.Well organized and logical thinking.  8.Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills.  9.Good at numeric reporting and data analysis.  10.Team player, self-motivated and patient with good coordination skill.  Email: cyanus17th@sina.com<ins class="modify">[本话题由 Charlotte17th 于 2012-10-08 14:28:08 编辑]</ins>
