<DIV><STRONG>Main responsibilities<BR></STRONG>• Perform web front-end development;<BR>• Integrate new design Mock-Ups within the existing structure; <BR>• Fine-tune the web pages of our eCommerce and marketing platforms; <BR>• Improve existing page’s performance and compatibility with our target audience's needs; <BR>• Stay up to date with the latest web technologies (Web 2.0, RIA, etc); <BR>• Follow SEO Guideline guarantee the web page’s best possible search relevance; <BR>• Occasionally modify/update the web assets (PSDs, Illustrator, ect); <BR>• Strictly follow the web project development cycle and methodology; <BR>• Insure the compatibility of his work with all required environment (OS, Browsers).<BR><BR>Skills and experience requirements<BR>• Minimum Education – BA in computer science<BR>• Minimum Experience – 2 to 3 years in a similar position<BR>• Very good command of English (daily written and oral communications) - A MUST<BR>• Vast Knowledge of IT development cycles and associated tools<BR>• Eager desire to help the IT department progress<BR>• Analytical, detailed oriented, pro-active and dynamic<BR>• Ability to work under pressure and tight schedules<BR><BR>招人了。。。有兴趣请发简历到我的邮箱：<A href="mailto:conniehjx@gmail.com">conniehjx@gmail.com</A> 或打我电话： 13509606581。<BR></DIV></DIV>
