<br>
Responsibilities<br>
· Collaborate with UX Architects to create prototypes for the experience<br>
· Delivery and presentation of relevant project deliverables such as
creative briefs, mood boards, design comps, digital assets, style
guides, and pattern libraries<br>
· Facilitation of workshops and collaborative design sessions<br>
· Translate information architecture documents, UI specifications, and
business requirements into high fidelity designs and prototypes<br>
· Communicate the creative vision of the prototype and interaction
techniques with the development team — sometimes working with both
off-shore and near-shore team members<br>
· Create templates & high and low level prototypes as required<br>
· Champion principles of usability and user-centered design<br>
· Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure that the integrity of the experience is maintained through launch<br>
<br>
Requirements<br>
· 10 years’ experience designing interfaces, large scale websites, or applications within a team environment<br>
· Portfolio demonstrating UI design skills<br>
· Trained and experienced in fundamentals of digital design<br>
· Experience with a design firm, advertising agency or a technology corporation<br>
· Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite & Omnigraffle/ Visio<br>
· A team player able to work closely with both designers & developers to create feasible UI designs<br>
· A desire to work with Microsoft products to make them the best experiences in the world<br>
· An appreciation of all other Experience Design roles and their contribution to the final product<br>
· Ability to manage time effectively, work to tight deadlines and report accurately to the team leader<br>
· Experience with creating screen designs from business requirements<br>
· Excellent writing, documentation, and communication skills (in both local language and English)<br>
<br>
Desirable<br>
· Experience designing interfaces for mobile/tablet devices<br>
· Knowledge of front-end development technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript<br>
· Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies<br>
· Experience working with Microsoft products including Windows Phone, SharePoint, WPF, Silverlight, and ASP.NET<br>
· Microsoft Expression Blend & XAML knowledge<br>
· Knowledge of, and experience with usability, interaction design and
user experience design including contextual enquiry, conceptual design,
use of scenarios and user profiles, wireframing, and user testing<br>
· Experience working with clients and business analysts deriving,
establishing and refining business requirements through wireframing.<br>
· Understanding and experience with development processes on large, enterprise level projects<br>

Requirements<br>
§ Online Portfolio demonstrating usability skills, visual design skills,
front-end development skills and an attention to detail. Experience
designing for web applications (not simply informational websites) is an
advantage (Required)<br>
§ Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (Required)<br>
§ Strong front-end development skills including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (jQuery) and accessibility (Required)<br>
Ability to liaise in a consultative manner with members of the client, design and development teams (Required)<br>
§ Ability to manage time effectively, work to tight deadlines and report accurately to the team leader. (Required)<br>
§ Experience working with clients and business analysts deriving,
establishing and refining business requirements through wireframing.

§ Good writing, documentation and presentation skills. (Required)<br>
